About the Role - AI Product Manager

At Kaizen, no day is the same! As an AI Product Manager, you will spearhead the AI initiatives by defining and implementing a visionary AI product strategy aligned with Kaizen's overall goals. Lead a talented team dedicated to revolutionizing our AI-powered products, such as recommendation and risk assessment engines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the AI product vision and long-term strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with AI engineering teams to execute plans and deliver superior AI products.
• Manage and update the AI product roadmap, focusing on strategic priorities and timely execution.
• Guide and mentor a team of product owners and analysts, fostering their professional growth.
• Identify market trends through research and competitive analysis, setting new industry standards.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for new AI products and measure their success post-launch.
• Communicate significant product updates across all levels of the organization.

What We Expect From You:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within a B2C online platform.
• A proven ability to launch and manage digital products from inception to rollout.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate complex concepts effectively.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Desirable Additional Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, including traditional and generational AI.
• Experience in developing data-intensive, AI-driven digital products.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimental design, and regulatory frameworks like the AI Act and GDPR.
