Neurons Lab is excited to announce an opening for an AI Product Manager to lead our groundbreaking Generative AI Workshop + Proof of Concept (PoC) service. This role is designed to harness the transformative power of Generative AI to propel business innovation and growth.

About the Project

Our GenAI Workshop + PoC service equips businesses with the essential tools and knowledge to integrate Generative AI into their operations effectively. We start with a comprehensive introduction to GenAI technologies followed by the identification of critical business challenges. The project evolves into crafting a tailored PoC on AWS, showcasing the impactful application of GenAI directly addressing real-world business needs.

Job Objectives

• Lead the development and implementation of GenAI Workshops and PoCs, pinpointing key applications.
• Discover high-value applications and display the practical benefits and ROI of GenAI technologies to foster client growth and innovation.
• Boost the adoption and revenue stream of our AI solutions.
• Refine workshop content and PoC methodologies continuously using feedback and current industry trends.
• Identify unmet user requirements, design solutions to address these needs, and oversee their deployment.
• Take ownership of the Product Backlog, prioritize its contents, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Develop and manage an impactful product roadmap, defining timelines and anticipating outcomes.

Areas of Responsibility

• Design and enhance educational materials for the GenAI Workshop, focusing on identifying and resolving industry-specific challenges.
• Stay abrestrained with industry trends and client demands through regular market research.
• Estimate and quantify potential ROI of GenAI implementations across various sectors.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate PoC projects to align with client goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
• Maintain performance metrics and report on service effectiveness.
• Constantly seek client and industry feedback to refine and enhance our AI solutions.

Skills Required

• Fluent English communication.
• Robust product management and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Expertise in generative AI technologies and their practical applications.
• Proven ability in workshop facilitation, client engagement, and comprehensive product development.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in Product Management or Product Ownership, with at least a year in a startup environment.
• Demonstrable experience in overseeing products from inception through to launch and beyond.
• Experience specific to Generative AI projects is highly advantageous.
