Job Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute a comprehensive internal marketing strategy that aligns with the product’s vision and business goals. Drive initiatives to enhance user adoption, upskilling, and engagement within the firm.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Data and AI leads, tech teams, and business leads to ensure a cohesive and effective internal marketing strategy. Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units, facilitating the integration of digital solutions into various internal processes.

Educational Initiatives

Lead educational sessions and workshops to accelerate the development and adoption of digital products within the firm. Ensure efficient progression of use cases from ideas to production while keeping business users informed about product capabilities.

Content and Communication

Craft compelling messaging and content strategies that resonate with internal stakeholders and business units. Manage internal communication channels to maximize reach and impact, ensuring all employees understand and are excited about the digital products and their use cases.

Performance Metrics

Define and monitor key performance indicators related to revenue generation, user adoption, upskilling, and engagement. Use data-driven insights to optimize internal campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with senior management to communicate marketing plans and results. Be an advocate for the digital products internally, ensuring alignment and excitement around the product vision.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years’ experience (or 3+ years + advanced degree) in marketing SaaS, digital products, or technological solutions
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret internal data and performance metrics
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Adobe Experience Management (AEM), WordPress, Salesforce CMS, or similar
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear, persuasive, and detailed marketing materials and presentations for an internal audience
  • Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives and work collaboratively across diverse teams within a large organization

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • A Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience marketing products with AI/ML capabilities
  • Interest and knowledge in Artificial Intelligence space, particularly GenAI products
