About the Opportunity

Avaya, a global leader in digital communication solutions, is on a mission to shape the future of work through innovation. We are seeking a visionary AI Product Marketing Leader to revolutionize marketing and transform customer experiences with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute an AI strategy to integrate generative AI and other advanced AI technologies into our product marketing efforts.
  • Identify high-value use cases for AI tools like GPT-4 to revolutionize content development, personalization, and marketing processes.
  • Promote Avaya's leading Contact Center AI portfolio, including Self-Service Virtual Agents and Agent Assist features.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI messaging and go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Be a proactive AI thought leader and an engaging company spokesperson at industry events.
  • Measure AI performance and continuously optimize to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Guide the adoption and upskilling of AI tools across the marketing organization.

About You

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product, or partnership roles.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience implementing generative AI and showcasing business results.
  • Examples of utilizing tools like GPT-3/4, DALL-E, Midjourney, etc., for content generation, creative work, analysis, or other marketing applications.
  • A deep passion for AI and a desire to evangelize its transformative potential in marketing.
  • Strategic mindset to identify and execute on high-value AI use cases.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
  • A desire to foster an innovative, AI-forward culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience pioneering other emerging technologies to transform business processes.
  • Existing relationships with AI technology partners.
  • Relevant certifications or advanced education in AI/ML.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is from $107,400 to $145,000, plus a performance-related bonus and benefits. The proposed range reflects the anticipated salary spectrum for this role. Additionally, this position qualifies for an annual bonus based on individual and organizational performance. The actual compensation package will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
