At PETADATA, we are actively seeking an experienced AI/ML Developer to join our team full-time.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and direct R&D processes to align with our AI strategy.
• Understand company and client challenges to provide AI-driven solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI solution opportunities.
• Analyze and explain AI and ML solutions while upholding high ethical standards.
• Advise C-suite executives on AI-related technology, strategy, and policy issues.
• Collaborate on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and support procedures with advanced engineering teams.
• Document solutions architecture and lessons learned from AI explorations and incubations.
• Manage assessments of the AI and automation landscape and competitors.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to drive product improvements.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and ML technologies.
• Experiment with new algorithms and techniques to enhance AI/ML system capabilities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in applied AI and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Expertise in ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP.
• Skills in program leadership, governance, and change management.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT and LLMs.
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.
• Experience with Flask, OOP concepts, GIT, and Unix.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficient in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS optimizations.
