About You As an AI/ML Full Stack Tech Lead at AND Digital, you'll act as a hands-on engineer working across a Club’s client portfolio, both onsite and in multi-skilled agile delivery teams. Your roles will include: Team and technical leadership: - Assist junior, mid-level and senior developers in AI and ML engineering with technical issues. - Promote the improvement of data skills among the developers on your team. - Establish best practices and standards, ensuring they are adhered to during delivery. - Work closely with clients for the implementation, review or remedy of their machine learning strategies. Influencing technical direction: - Understand and build robust and repeatable machine learning architectures at an enterprise scale. - Provide insights into cutting edge machine learning technologies when necessary. - Engage with other senior AI/Data/ML SMEs to define and meet client needs. - Work closely with technologists of the Consulting team to establish AND’s wider Data proposition and develop thought leadership. - Promote and uphold high technical quality standards. It's essential you bring the following: - Expertise in writing and testing production-ready Python. - Proficiency in researching, training, building, evaluating, scaling and improving Machine Learning models. - Strong experience in Azure. - Solid understanding of vector databases (Azure Cognitive Search, FAISS, Pinecone, etc.). - Experience working with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, Long Chain, etc.). - Extensive experience with AI/ML toolkits and libraries, particularly PyTorch, Transformers, Gradio, Jupyter Notebook, NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn. - Good understanding of MLOps best practices. - Sound knowledge of the mathematical foundations of ML algorithms. - Experience in building and maintaining RESTFul ML model APIs. - Ability to analyse large datasets through Exploratory Data Analysis and confidently suggest model and training improvements to enhance accuracy. - Hands-on experience of modern software delivery, including CI/CD and DevOps practices. It’s helpful if you also have: - Proficiency in Python and Javascript. - Proficiency in MLOps and wider DevOps. - You may be a recognized figure in your field; someone who is a recognised conference speaker or tech blogger/writer, industry expert in the field of data, or have contributed to open source projects or charitable technical projects (like TuringLabs, etc.). - A keen understanding of industry best practice around standards, quality and continuous improvement in the field of Data Science (AI/GenAI/ML). - Experience in the field of Data Engineering, Science or Analytics. - Experience using modern and traditional data technologies including: ElasticSearch, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, mySQL/mariaDB, etc. Language Proficiency - Being a Dutch speaker is strongly preferred.
