Job Description

This pivotal role expects you to lead technically, from hands-on design and implementation to testing cutting-edge ML algorithms. Your core tasks include:

• Leader or co-leader in designing, implementing, and testing methods for debugging and diagnosing ML algorithms and their adaptation processes.
• Development of methods for detecting data drift, biases in models, and automated explanation generation.
• Collaboration with multi-functional engineering teams to define dependencies, develop APIs, and forge technical agreements.
• Interaction with internal customers and acting as a team ambassador in all engagements.
• Prioritization and execution of customer requests and identification of opportunities for the generalization of emerging patterns.

Key Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

• Robust algorithmic and statistical knowledge.
• Comprehensive understanding of the fundamental mathematics and architectures of various ML technologies.
• Over 7 years of experience in training, evaluating, and characterizing ML models and systems.
• A minimum of 5 years in one or more ML domains such as NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning.
• Exceptional leadership skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Strong programming expertise.

Education & Experience

PhD in Computer Science (CS), Electrical Engineering (EE), Statistics, or a related field.
