Role Overview

Play a crucial role in revolutionizing how people interact with their computers and mobile devices. This position focuses on developing technology for algorithmic search, machine learning, natural language processing, and artificial intelligence. You'll collaborate with teams to build some of the largest big-data systems known today.

Key Qualifications

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a focus on supporting internet services and distributed systems.
• Proficient in high-level programming languages such as Go and Python, particularly for automation, observability, and infrastructure management.
• Skilled in building and supporting telemetry, observability, and logging solutions for comprehensive incident, cost, and performance management.
• Familiar with infrastructure coding and provisioning tools geared towards Kubernetes and cloud-based services.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms like ELK, Splunk, OpenCensus, and Datadog.
• Understanding of ML Ops systems and practical experience with these tools is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills evidenced by previous collaborative projects or assignments.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor various service environments including production, staging, and development, within a fast-paced and agile organization.
• Utilize metrics to drive data-driven solutions aimed at optimizing reliability, performance, and service insights.
• Develop and enhance automation tools for monitoring, logging, as well as ML and data processing pipelines.
• Contribute to enhancing the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of production systems through solid software engineering practices.
• Engage in capacity planning, exploring new features and products to meet future needs.
• Address problem-solving daily; initiate steps independently to identify issues and analyze root causes.
• Write technical justifications, incident reports, best practices, and solution specifications documents.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required. Fresh graduates with relevant industry or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
