Key Qualifications:

• Over five years of program/project management experience in highly cross-functional software development settings.
• Expertise in Developer Tools, CI/CD strategies, Pipeline Integration, and/or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Proven track record of managing Machine Learning product software development, with a focus on analytics and evaluation data to enhance product offerings.
• Exceptional communication skills; adept at summarizing and presenting critical issues and actionable insights.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an independent management of complex project objectives.

Role Description:

You will collaborate with various Engineering leaders to streamline the release management process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading cross-functional program delivery through meticulous planning and execution.
• Developing and maintaining high-level roadmaps for internal and external product releases.
• Identifying and managing potential risks and creating alignment across diverse team functions.
• Using effective communication to provide updates and managing critical issues directly to the executive team.
• Encouraging robust discussion to address complex issues and foster decision-making that supports engineering and design synergy.
• Proactively managing resource mobilization to tackle challenges and secure product quality and schedule adherence.

Education & Experience:

Candidates should ideally possess a BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science (CS), Computer Engineering (CE), Electrical Engineering (EE), or an equivalent level of experience.

Pay & Benefits:

The salary range for this role varies from $152,400 to $268,200, based on candidate credentials and location. Apple's comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, and educational reimbursements, among others. Qualified employees may also receive bonuses, commission payments, or stock options.
