Key Responsibilities

As an AI/ML/NLP Engineer, you will:

• Design, implement, and maintain a scalable, reliable, and secure hybrid cloud ML Ops infrastructure to deploy, test, manage, and monitor ML models in various environments
• Develop and maintain software applications in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and back-end developers to build, test, integrate, and deploy ML models
• Analyze performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Design CI/CD pipelines, utilize orchestration solutions, and employ data versioning tools
• Create automated anomaly detection systems and continually track their performance
• Design IT architecture for NLP/ML/AI solutions, coordinating implementation with master- and meta-data management concepts
• Conduct security studies, assessments, and other security tasks related to information system projects

Qualifications

You will bring:

• A Master’s degree and at least 15 years of relevant professional experience
• Excellent knowledge of managing on-prem and/or cloud ML Ops infrastructure
• Expertise in application containerization and virtualization
• Good knowledge of tools such as Airflow, MLflow, TensorFlow (TFX), Kubeflow, or equivalents
• Proficiency in AWS and/or Azure
• Strong programming skills in Python and its NLP/ML libraries (SpaCy, NLTK, scikit-learn, pandas, etc.)
• Comprehensive understanding of Linux, Unix, and Bash
• Familiarity with the lifecycle of natural language processing systems and agile software development methodologies
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, etc., and query languages such as SQL, Hive, Pig, etc.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, Neural Networks, and AI frameworks
• Experience with alignment models, classification methods, and data analytics over big datasets and non-structured databases, including data lakes
• Fluency in English (C1), and proficiency in French (C1) will be a plus
• Optional certifications: AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate
