Data Analyst for a corporate big data and analytics platform that uses cutting-edge technology to ingest data in real-time at extreme volumes and high speed; Support data mining, data analysis, and data visualization.
Responsibilities:
-Versatile data analyst - capable of supporting data analysis requirements in a software development lifecycle and in a business support role to find data insights to solve business issues.
-In a software development cycle - Provide input into data architecture design, analyze data outputs to validate data quality and communicate gaps to the development team; Validate SIT and CAT results to ensure the product meets acceptance criteria; Support production data validation and investigations.
-In a business support role - Respond and examine user inquiries; query and analyze data to identify business insights; Create data visualizations and PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights to client management/leadership; Develop standard data visualizations using Qlik.
Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with data analytics
-1 year of experience with SQL or other structured query languages
Preferred Skills:
-Data Visualization, Qlik
-Experience with querying and exploring data within a NoSQL data platform (e.g., Hadoop/Hive)
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Postal or mailing industry experience
-Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) - ability to work and communicate with all levels in a team structure
-Team player with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and effectively manage time
-Intermediate/Advanced experience should be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint software applications required for ad-hoc analysis and executive-level reporting.

Pay Range - Multiple factors are considered to determine the final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, education, geographic location, and contract provisions about labor categories specific to the job role. The pay range for this position is $70,374.00 - $119,636.00
