Job Description:

Under the supervision of the Head of Client and User Experience Solutions, as an Assistant Project Manager in Power BI, your main role will be to bolster our team in managing and monitoring the performance of Customer Relations Centers.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing automated dashboards and reports for various activities covered by customer relations centers using Power BI, serving as a bridge between the IT department and operational teams.
• Deploying and monitoring the implemented solutions.
• Supporting sites in adopting the new system.
• Analyzing KPIs and setting up specific efficiency dashboards for agents.
• Creating custom dashboards for Kisio’s client principals.
• Organizing user club meetings to present new dashboard solutions.
• Developing and monitoring the BI projects roadmap.
• Leading internal project communications and animations.
• Creating operating procedures for BI usage.

Your Profile:

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a degree from BAC+2 to BAC+5 level, show proficiency in Power BI, and possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. Team spirit, rigor, proactiveness, and a strong analytical mindset are essential.
