Division Workforce Insights at Disneyland® Paris

Join the Workforce Insights Division in the Studies & Optimization department, responsible for modeling operational performance and providing technical support to Workforce Management teams. Our mission is to place the right resource, at the right time, in the right place by delivering optimal strategies, standards, and resource management processes to ensure exceptional service quality for our visitors and employee engagement while optimizing resource investments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain tools to meet analysis and performance tracking needs.
• Participate in Adhoc study and simulation projects related to staff optimization.
• Contribute to the development of future reporting.
• Provide necessary analytical support and develop, document management tools, indicators, reports, and analyses to aid decision-making.
• Assist, advise, and train teams in the use and understanding of developed tools.

Qualifications:

• This is a 2-year apprenticeship position.
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Data Analysis or Data Visualization.
• Experience in data, management control, or auditing is a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of Tableau.
• Knowledge of Python, VBA, and PowerBI is desirable.
• Ability to work proactively on new projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, willing to ask questions and challenge requests.
