The Amazon Robotics co-op opportunities will be based in the Greater Boston Area, in North Reading, MA. Our campuses provide a unique chance to have direct access to robotics testing labs and manufacturing facilities. This role is a six-month co-op running from January - June 2024.

Key job responsibilities: The Tech Product Manager intern/Co-op will be responsible for documenting the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and prioritizing the backlog of new features requests, working closely with software and hardware engineers and program managers to define product requirements, conducting financial analyses to whet out and prioritize project ideas and features, facilitating conversations between cross-functional teams to help translate problems into creative solutions, familiarizing with cutting-edge Robotics fulfillment technology and related business and technical concepts, and supporting Robotic Storage Technology (RST) in executing other 2023 strategic priorities and delivering the next generation of AR solutions.

The Robotic Storage Tech Product and Program Management team focuses on enhancing the existing fleet of robotics and automation technology. We develop solutions iteratively based on Agile practices, and part of your role will be to implement Agile practices in the team, learn from customer feedback, and develop the product gradually. Basic Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Master’s in Project and/or Program Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled in a college/university with at least one semester/term/quarter remaining after the end of the co-op (May/June 2024 graduation date or later).
- Eligible and available for a full-time (40h / week) Fall Co-op from January - June 2024.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented with analytical skills, and a desire to innovate and simplify current processes and practices.
- Proven experience working in team environments.
- Robust organizational and planning skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager (non-SW Products) or similar role.
- Experience in creating partnerships across different engineering and product organizations.
- Experience in delivering multi-year product roadmaps.
- Experience in non-technical aspects like idea generation, business analysis, and process optimization.
- Experience in Human-Computer Interaction.
- Past Operations or Fulfilment Center knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Experience and/or interest in robotics is an advantage.
