We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic Ebit Analytics Customer Success team in São Paulo.
About This Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will serve as a key delivery contact for medium to large clients, focusing on the creation of presentations and analyses to offer actionable insights and recommendations. This role also involves supporting the team leader in routine work management and spearheading projects related to process and system enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify client opportunities and risks through analytical storytelling.
- Enhance the accuracy of analyses by leveraging historical knowledge of channels and categories.
- Lead continuous process improvement projects to generate regular indicators and reports.
- Work closely with Product/Operations initiatives to integrate various methodologies and solutions.
- Establish direct communication channels with key customers and the commercial area to provide consultative support.
- Conduct internal and external training on NielsenIQ Ebit methodologies and solutions.
- Guide interns/apprentices in organizing their activities and individual development.
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis.
- Experience in the FMCG market is essential.
- Strong skills in creating presentations, understanding macroeconomic scenarios, analytical thinking, and negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with curiosity and critical thinking.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment.
