Key Responsibilities

As an Analyst, you will:

  • Define specific project and program objectives for your areas of responsibility. This includes determining outcomes, setting milestones, conducting viability studies, and planning resources to ensure project effectiveness and focus.
  • Ensure all assigned projects and programs comply with predetermined requirements, focusing on product/process specifications, project costs, resource utilization, and timely completion.
  • Document all phases of project, program, and process development, ensuring that relevant information is disseminated across functional areas as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, and safety.
  • Utilize all material and financial resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with other staff to maximize project/program productivity.

  • Standing for extended periods
  • Walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and lifting
  • An ability to distinguish between colors
  • Working in an environment with noise that may be challenging for individuals sensitive to noise

  • Working in a clean room while using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields

U.S. Salary Range: $88,000.00 - $121,000.00

The salary offered will be based on various factors, including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other compensation forms such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range, which includes base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
