Job Responsibilities
Sales Engineering
As a key member of the Analytics Engineering team, you will:
- Serve as the trusted technical advisor to customers, building relationships to understand business objectives and pain points.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to develop and execute strategic sales initiatives.
- Introduce the potential of Seeq's solutions to both current and prospective customers through promotional content and demos.
Delivery of Seeq Solutions
- Leverage customer relationships to identify and propose high-value use-case opportunities.
- Advise customers on implementing and operationalizing use cases to ensure high return on investment.
Technical Product Direction
- Identify gaps in Seeq's capabilities and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with the product team to design, implement, and test new functionalities.
Partner Enablement and Mentoring
- Upskill Seeq’s partner ecosystem to provide global support and offer localized experiences.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the process industry or related fields, with at least 2 years, preferably in a SaaS business.
- Bachelor’s or graduate degree in disciplines such as chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, petroleum engineering, systems engineering, operations research, applied math, data analytics, or similar fields.
- Experience with enterprise historians like AVEVA PI, IP-21, Delta-V, Wonderware, GE Proficy, etc.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Experience in solving industrial challenges involving dense time-series data.
- Programming experience in Python or other languages is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business needs.
- Candidate must be located in Europe, preferably in Ireland or the UK.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
