Analytics Engineer

As an Analytics Engineer at SingleStore, you will be entrusted with the task of developing and improving products and features to enhance product growth. You will engage closely with Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and other teams to influence strategic initiatives and the product roadmap. You are expected to examine and present various key data that will guide the work of other team members.

Role and Responsibilities

• Use your expertise in Python for Data Engineering
• Design and execute SQL reports and dashboards that offer useful insights from a variety of data types, including observability metrics, Zendesk tickets, feature usage, compute usage, salesforce, and many other metrics.
• Enhance the overall customer experience by employing data-driven insights to guide product, engineering, and support efforts.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt priorities as needed.

Position Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience demonstrating proficiency in both SQL and Python.
• Evidence of creating SQL reports and dashboards, reflecting your capacity to convert complex data into actionable insights.
• Considerable experience in data engineering with Python, showing competence in developing and maintaining durable data pipelines.
• Experience with Grafana, MySQL, Metabase, Zendesk is advantageous.
• Ability to manage workload within a fast-paced, vibrant, and dynamic workplace.
