Key Responsibilities of an Analytics Engineer

The construction industry has lagged behind in the computer revolution, leading to significant productivity challenges and infrastructure issues. Our T3 Platform aims to change that by enhancing coordination among contractors, human workers, and machines. As a crucial part of our agile and growing team, you will:

• Develop robust pipelines and clear table structures for various metrics used across business analytics and data science/ML engineering teams.
• Collaborate with the Data Science & Analytics Platform team to enable advanced algorithms, causal inference, and analytics while adhering to best practices for data security, access, and traceability.

Qualifications for the Analytics Engineer Role

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, machine learning, software engineering, statistics, or related fields.
• At least 2+ years of experience in technology-powered products as a data platform engineer, data engineer, ML engineer, analytics engineer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in data modeling, specifically creating dimensional models and fact tables (Data Vault experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of modern product development techniques and business analytics.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States or the United Kingdom. Note: Sponsorship is not provided at this time.
