The Analytics Engineering team is crucial within our broader Data Team focused on Technology. With plans to expand, we are excited to welcome a new Analytics Engineer. Our team excels in transforming data into valuable insights for analytics, product, finance, and risk teams, empowering them with actionable intelligence.

Role Details

At Zopa, you will leverage vast volumes of data across multiple products to enhance decision-making processes for our customers. As an Analytics Engineer, you'll profoundly understand the assigned domains, ensuring data structures are robust with built-in quality controls using our chosen tools. Your role includes managing daily operations of data marts, addressing and escalating issues as needed, and supporting a variety of stakeholders with data expertise.

About You:

You must have substantial experience in DBT, SQL, and data modeling, with a knack for intricate data details and a proactive approach in documentation, testing, and validation. Effective time management and planning skills are essential, along with the ability to understand broader business impacts and make decisive trade-offs. Your eagerness to absorb new technologies and adapt communication styles to different audiences will make you an ideal fit for our diverse team.
