Job Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated Analytics Engineer to join our Data Foundation & Transformation team. This role involves developing a reliable and scalable data product infrastructure with clean, verified datasets required for analytics and reporting across various data user groups, such as Analytics and Revenue Operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and monitor high-quality sources within the GTM (Go-to-Market) data warehouse
  • Take ownership of data assets and pipelines to deliver actionable insights into customer behavior, product performance, GTM strategies, and other critical business functions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements
  • Implement robust processes and systems to uphold data quality standards, ensuring production data meets SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in data organization, analysis techniques, and data utilization across the Wrike ecosystem

Experience Requirements

  • 5+ years in an analytical role with proven experience in data design and visualization
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce/CPQ
  • Intermediate level of Python and SQL
  • Experience with BI systems (e.g., Tableau)
  • Good understanding of the modern data stack (BigQuery, Airflow, GitHub, Tableau, Looker, Git)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to communicate effectively with people across multiple functions
  • Experience partnering with go-to-market, sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Experience with other major B2B vendors such as NetSuite, Marketo, etc.

  • Good communication, collaborative demeanor, and ability to work in distributed, multi-functional, multinational teams
  • Ability to articulate a point of view
  • Fostering a fun and productive team environment
