The Role

As an Analytics Engineer at Phlo, you will:

• Implement and maintain our Modern Data Stack infrastructure—designing and developing reliable data pipelines and components.
• Automate processes for data extraction, cleansing, and transformation in accordance with our governance standards.
• Utilize your expert knowledge of SQL, Python, as well as tools like Airbyte, Airflow, dbt, and BigQuery to achieve data-driven results.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to leverage company data, enhancing Phlo’s service offerings.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be an expert in:

• Coding: Proficient in SQL, Python, and Docker with deep understanding of the infrastructure these technologies run on.
• Engineering: Experienced in building and troubleshooting complex data pipelines and platforms.
• Architecting: Strong ability to conceptualize and optimize data workflows and strategies.
• Problem Solving: Innovative and efficient in creating solutions for complex technical challenges.
