About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Engineer to influence significant growth across our business by working directly with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. This role focuses on optimizing key performance metrics such as sales, conversions, and retention through data-driven insights and innovations.

The successful candidate will engage in diverse activities including conducting exploratory and statistical data analyses, predictive modeling, and machine learning. You will also create SQL data models using dbt, explore data analytics using pandas, develop machine learning models and libraries in Python, and visualize success measures through Tableau.

This role is highly technical, meshing elements of data engineering, analytics, and data science, and is pivotal within our Analytics team. You will collaborate closely with our Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Machine Learning teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Transform, validate, enrich, and aggregate data using SQL within dbt.
• Iterate on development of ML models focusing on model selection, evaluation, feature engineering, and tuning.
• Develop ML libraries to enhance workflow efficiency, including aspects such as versioning, tracking, visualization, and explainability.
• Conduct and interpret various statistical analyses and visualize key performance metrics within Tableau.
• Collaborate on data infrastructure, dashboards, and ML models with our Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams.
• Participate in support rotations and the SDLC release process.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Python.
• Experienced in software development, statistics, machine learning models and implementation.
• Interest in or experience with BI tools.
• 2-4 years of experience in a data-related role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.

Benefits
