Job Responsibilities

Data Management: Manage, organize, and maintain KYC-related data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and completeness while complying with data privacy and security regulations.

Data Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to analyze KYC data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and examine customer profiles and transactional data to detect suspicious activities or potential risks.

Reporting and Visualization: Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present analytical findings to stakeholders. Ensure that these reports are clear, concise, and actionable to support informed decision-making and risk mitigation.

Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, suggesting automation or optimization opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data workflows and streamline processes.

Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, such as compliance officers, AML analysts, and IT teams, to support the overall KYC process. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to align data analysis efforts with organizational objectives and compliance goals.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in KYC and data analysis. Pursue certifications and attend relevant training or conferences to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Ethical Considerations: Adhere to high ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information. Ensure the responsible and lawful use of data at all times.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 3 years of industry experience in data-related projects with strong hands-on experience in Alteryx.
  • Proficient understanding of database concepts with strong skills in SQL and Excel (formulas, pivots, graphs, and other advanced features).
  • Proven track record of analyzing and mapping vast amounts of data to find actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Experience with data wrangling tools (such as Microsoft SSIS, Talend) or Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Qlik.
