Key Responsibilities

As an Applied AI ML Associate, you will:

• Utilize critical thinking to perform advanced analytics, addressing complex business problems.
• Create actionable insights from deep data analysis and business process understanding.
• Conduct advanced quantitative and statistical analyses to identify trends and correlations in large datasets.
• Select suitable algorithms for tasks and implement them effectively.
• Build and deploy prototypes to demonstrate innovative concepts.
• Develop presentations to communicate key findings to senior management and team members.
• Become a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in analytics.
• Collaborate on new ideas and innovative solutions within the organization.
• Enhance the organization's continuous learning culture by introducing new ideas.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A graduate degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Economics.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning models and large-scale data (structured and unstructured).
• Ability to write code for analytical applications that are production-ready.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Skills to translate ambiguous business problems into clear mathematical frameworks.
• A continuous drive for learning and professional development.
• Creativity, curiosity, and the ability to influence as a trusted advisor.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not essential, the following are highly desirable:

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Familiarity with Gen AI and its applications.
• Expertise in Python and a good understanding of Pyspark.
• Effective independent and collaborative working skills.
