At Highmark Health, we are seeking an innovative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Marketing Technology Manager to become the technological cornerstone of our marketing and experience team. This pivotal role will drive innovation and efficiency through the strategic implementation of generative AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics within our healthcare marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic AI Integration: Lead the adoption and integration of AI technologies across marketing functions – from content generation to strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with corporate governance and IT policies.

Team Enablement: Train and support the marketing team in utilizing AI tools effectively for content creation, SEO, customer engagement campaigns, and robust data analysis.

Project Leadership: Spearhead AI-driven projects focusing on productivity enhancements, workflow optimization, and strategic marketing differentiation.

Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of AI initiatives, sharing insights and best practices to foster an agile and informed marketing environment.

Required Experience and Skills:

Experience: Minimum 5 years in AI technology implementation within a marketing context, with proven skills in data analytics, predictive modeling, and innovative problem-solving.

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field is required.

Skills: Strong technical proficiency in generative AI technologies, outstanding leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the healthcare industry, familiarity with regulatory standards, and certifications in data science, digital marketing, or AI/ML technologies are advantageous.

Work Environment:

This position can be office-based or remotely operated, offering flexibility in work location with minimal travel requirements (0%-25%).

Salary Range:

Minimum: $92,300.00

Maximum: $170,800.00

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications, considering internal and market factors.
