Role Overview

As the Assistant Manager - Dialer & Data Strategy, you will serve as the pivotal owner of data strategies and campaign implementations. This role involves meticulous tracking of data accuracies and creating strategies that empower the organization’s objectives and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ownership and strategic handling of data dispositions with precise accuracy tracking.

• Construct Process-Wise MIS reports tailored to different centers, zones, and vendors.

• Analyze data trends and develop propensity models essential for enhancing operational efficiency.

• Maintain comprehensive monthly repositories for all vendor review decks.

• Define hourly strategies concerning data handling and utilization.

• Filter and scrutinize data by reviewing various reports and performance indicators to optimize and solve code-related issues.

• Utilize statistical tools to identify and decode patterns and trends in intricate data sets aiding in effective diagnosis and predictive analytics.

Expected Role Outcomes

• Efficiently preparing detailed reports for management highlighting key trends, patterns, and predictive analytics for strategic decision-making.

• Formulate and execute impactful dialer strategies enhancing overall productivity.

Technical Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

• Adept at data handling and implementing effective dialer strategies.

Stakeholder Engagement

• External: Channel Partners, Tele Calling Agencies.

• Internal: Collaborates closely with the Product Team, Cross Sell Team, SBIC Audit Team, and Infosec.

Candidate Profile

• Qualifications: A Postgraduate or Graduate with experience relevant to the core responsibilities.

• Experience: 4 to 6 years overall with substantial experience in dialer strategy implementation within the contact center, service industry, or BFSI sectors.
