About the Role:

As the Associate Analytics Engineer, you will:

• Act as a primary liaison among stakeholders to analyze, document, and validate data needs.
• Lead the design and development of ETL pipelines, dimensional models, and analytic solutions.
• Develop and support Power BI semantic data models and optimize data refresh processes.
• Improve data quality and process efficiencies across the enterprise.
• Support the adoption and implementation of modern data architectures for scalable analytics.
• Independently manage projects, set objectives and ensure successful project deliveries.

Basic Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in a business intelligence role.
• Strong proficiency in cloud environments such as Azure, Snowflake, or Columnar databases.
• Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and experience using Azure Data Factory and API interfaces.
• Skills in Power BI, including DAX, Tabular Editor, and dataset optimization.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge in data science, machine learning (Databricks platform), and end-to-end automation.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, CS, IT, Engineering, or Data Science is preferred.
