About This Role

As an integral part of our team, you'll be tasked with diving deep into Autodesk’s wealth of customer data. Your primary goals will be to mine data effectively, undertake comprehensive behavioral analysis, and synthesize these insights to boost program efficiency and decision-making processes within the company.

Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to refine success metrics and explore new insights that pave the way for a more data-driven and customer-focused business culture. Your efforts will help shape our strategies, ensuring that actionable customer insights are always at the forefront of business transformation at Autodesk.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Working collaboratively across teams to define and meet stakeholder requirements.
  • Translating business objectives into functional data requirements.
  • Performing deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
  • Crafting compelling data narratives through presentations, summaries, and visualizations.
  • Documenting data sources, ETL logic, and code used in models.
  • Proactively identifying areas where analytics can add business value.
  • Developing and supporting insight-driven tools & dashboards.

Minimum Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in BI tools like PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Scripting experience in languages such as R, Python, or equivalent.
  • Strong command of SQL for querying large datasets.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with data storage solutions like Amazon S3 or Redshift.

Our competitive compensation packages include health and financial benefits, wellness programs, and a supportive work environment. Base salaries for U.S.-based roles range between $70,800 and $122,100, commensurate with experience.
