About the Role

As an Associate Data Analyst (Contract) with the Riot Singapore Insights team (SG Insights), you will play an integral role in enhancing product decisions surrounding VALORANT and Teamfight Tactics cosmetics content. This includes tasks like building high-quality dashboards, managing data pipelines, and supporting diverse research operations.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Singapore and Los Angeles to ensure the finest support for our portfolio of projects. This opportunity requires a hands-on approach with data and an enthusiasm for improving processes continually.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve data pipelines and dashboards.
• Conduct detailed data analysis and reporting.
• Manage research operations such as survey programming, sampling, and administration.
• Document and uphold core workflows, processes, and outputs comprehensively.
• Identify and implement enhancements to sustain and optimize recurring tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as data science, computer science, or statistics.
• At least 2 years of experience working with large data sets, including data analysis, visualization, and pipelines creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL.
• Proficiency in Python, Excel, and experience with free-to-play game monetization strategies.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis or business intelligence, especially in gaming, tech, or eCommerce.
• Skills in Databricks, Spark SQL, PySpark, and Google Workspace tools.
• Experience in handling online surveys, preferably with Qualtrics.
• In-depth knowledge of free-to-play monetization, particularly in VALORANT and Teamfight Tactics.
