About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong focus on data interpretation and visualization.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and software packages (e.g., R, Python).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns, trends, and insights.
- Effective communication skills to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Be Doing in This Role
- Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and insights that drive business decisions in the healthcare sector.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Perform data validation and ensure data integrity across various data sources.
- Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analysis and visualization to enhance our data analytics capabilities.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and data modeling.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Work Hours
9 hours a day (Monday – Friday)
