Associate Data Manager Job Opportunity at Clario

Are you skilled in data management and eager to join a dynamic team? Clario is looking for an Associate Data Manager to assist with day-to-day tasks, including documentation, data processing, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Tasks:

The Associate Data Manager will assist Data Managers by:

• Exporting, cleaning, and reviewing clinical submission files for accuracy and completeness prior to client delivery.
• Evaluating and acting on client reconciliation feedback provided to ERT between data transfers as part of the standard reconciliation process.

Essential Duties

• Performing quality and consistency checks on output files generated by study-specific programs.
• Communicating discrepancies to relevant Clario staff (Data Manager, Science teams, medical staff) and documenting results.
• Working on study documentation (DMP/DTS) under the guidance of the Data Manager and assisting in preparing it for client review.
• Serving as a point of contact for updates to the CDM task schedule and ensuring they are completed and maintained.
• Assisting with metrics related to data issues or file delivery and updating systems with correct study assignment information.
• Providing assistance to the CDM team for documents, presentations, and template updates.
• Receiving client reconciliation feedback and ensuring timely investigation and action within the agreed turnaround time.
• Maintaining quality documentation regarding client reconciliation feedback.

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicating project status clearly with clients and project management.
• Maintaining and storing study documentation related to data management activities.
• Contributing to continuous process improvement, including workflow efficiencies and related documentation.
• Assisting in CAPA issues related to study-specific data management activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• BS/BA Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clinical data.
• Familiarity with clinical data reports, GCP, and a general understanding of clinical trials.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with experience in Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Exposure or experience with SAS and/or SQL is a plus.
• Knowledge of CDISC SDTM is a plus.
