Data Manager, Real Assets – London

A bit about the role:
In this position, you will be required to lead, implement and manage the Aviva Investors' data strategy and framework for Real Assets. Your daily tasks will encompass driving the business to comprehend what a good data strategy involves, such as ownership, governance, and management for Real Assets, within the Aviva Investors framework. You will also be responsible for implementing and instilling this across the Real Assets business. You will work closely with the Head of Systems and Data to ensure that existing and future technologies and solutions are fully optimized to deliver an operating model that is in alignment with the AI data strategy for the maintenance, manipulation and reporting of data. The role will oversee the implementation of the AI data standard operating procedure for full rollout across the business and undertake the support and ownership of the real assets data domains. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to introduce and supervise a business partnering model to capture the data reporting needs of the organization.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in leading a significant data transformation project.
- Leadership and promoting cultural change.
- Experience in data governance and positioning a data strategy for business execution, scale and efficiency.
