With a global team of over 400 members, we're experiencing rapid growth, and we’re looking for an exceptional Associate Data Scientist to join our Data Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Senior Data Scientist and various stakeholders to understand the technical and business context of their work, define measurable KPIs, and design data science/ML models that drive business value.
• Utilize statistical and computational tools to identify trends in customer behavior and company performance.
• Develop innovative KPIs to evaluate the efficacy of process automation systems.
• Employ data mining, modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract significant insights from large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Identify data gaps and advocate for filling them, then execute solutions to close these gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year experience in analyzing complex big data to identify trends and issues, independently combining data from multiple sources using various techniques from simple aggregation to complex data mining.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to draw meaningful conclusions from data sets.
• A passion for helping people use data to answer questions and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and understanding their business requirements.
• Proficient in SQL and general data analysis concepts.
• Experienced in Python and common data analysis libraries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or other technology-related fields.
• 1+ years hands-on experience in building and deploying ML models to production environments.

Compensation and Benefits

Job Level: 10

Base Compensation Range: $80,000 - $95,000

The cash compensation listed above includes only the base salary. Certain roles may be eligible for additional cash incentives such as commissions, bonuses, overtime pay, or other variable incentives.
