Join our Company’s Human Health Digital, Data & Analytics (HHDDA) organization as an Associate Director Data Product Management. We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and collaborative leader to support our journey toward becoming the leading “Data First” commercial biopharma organization.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be part of the HHDDA Commercial Data Solutions team, where you will lead the Digital Product Management capabilities, driving the design and delivery of impactful solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in commercial analytics data domains will be crucial as you shape and execute digital data products, manage a portfolio of initiatives, and collaborate with delivery teams to implement various use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to manage the lifecycle of digital data products from use case identification to development and maintenance.
  • Translate use cases into implementation roadmaps for high-quality data products.
  • Establish performance expectations and processes for data product owners, analysts, and scrum masters.
  • Use domain knowledge to shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap of analytics-ready datasets.
  • Implement Agile principles to adapt to business needs and user feedback continuously.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendor partners to ensure high-quality deliverables and optimized ROI.
  • Demonstrate leadership behaviors, including cross-functional leadership, assertiveness, swift decision-making, active listening, and strategic thinking.

Position Qualifications

Education Required

  • B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience and Skills Required

  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in the biopharma industry with expertise in commercial analytics data domains.
  • Strong experience in building data products using agile approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities in a matrix organization.
  • Experience managing portfolios of initiatives.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, data & analytics use cases, Agile delivery frameworks, and scrum execution.

Preferred Experience

  • Analytics experience in commercial insights generation in the biopharma industry.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

Effective September 5, 2023, U.S. office-based employees will follow a Hybrid work model with three on-site days per week (typically Tuesday, Wednesday, and either Monday or Thursday) and a remote workday on Friday, unless business-critical tasks require on-site presence. This does not apply to field-based, facility-based, manufacturing-based, or research-based positions where daily in-person attendance is necessary.

Salary and Benefits

Under laws in NY, CO, WA, and CA, we provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role: $135,500.00 - $213,400.00. Final salary determinations will consider factors such as work location, candidate’s skills, experience, and education. Available benefits include bonus eligibility, long
