Your Mission

Infinity Ward, creator of the renowned Call of Duty® franchise, is searching for a passionate Associate AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role provides the unique opportunity to develop cutting-edge AI technology for the world's leading first-person shooter (FPS) series. Ideal candidates should bring innovative ideas and the practical skills necessary to deliver a complete video game experience.

In a rapid and evolving environment, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with the AI engineering team to develop top-tier AI technology for our upcoming AAA title.
• Working closely with design and content teams to implement new AI characters and behaviors.
• Contributing to the creation of new AI architectures and technologies.
• Designing, planning, and programming efficient and optimized AI systems.

Player Profile

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong design sensibilities and outstanding communication skills.
• Proficiency in 3D math and algebra related to game programming.
• Solid knowledge of C++ programming and best practices.
• Experience with AI techniques, particularly those used in game AI such as Behavior Trees.

Pluses:

• Experience using analytics to influence AI behavior.
• Knowledge of networking and single-player AI systems.Proficiency in extending established code bases.
• Familiarity with animation technology such as blend trees, IK, and motion matching.
• Skills in C# and scripting languages like Lua or Python.
