About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Associate Manager to oversee our site Master Data processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of master data in our ERP System, adhering to both local and global requirements. As a Material Planner, you will drive the tactical purchasing process for all materials to ensure material availability and execution plan feasibility following our Site inventory policy.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management

Set up and manage complex local and global master data, establishing guidelines and SLA timelines in a GxP environment in compliance with Novartis standards. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the assigned area, supporting data collection and reporting of crucial metrics.

Logistics and Warehouse Management (W&D)

Ensure that all logistic processes are conducted timely, efficiently, and legally. Identify and drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain management and material availability.

Material Planning

Oversee daily MRP actions for all BOM materials, handling requirement analysis and Purchase Orders. Manage ERP System data and material specifications to avoid overdue Purchase Orders. Handle purchased item complaints/returns to suppliers and ensure prompt reporting of technical complaints and adverse events regarding Novartis products.

Essential Requirements

  • Strong ability to collaborate across boundaries
  • Operations Management and Execution
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience in Inventory Management, Gap Analysis, Cost Efficiency, and efficient supply processes
  • Proficiency in Standard Master Data KPIs such as Completeness, Consistency, and Accuracy

Desirable Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially with a GMP background.
