Job Description

As an Associate Managing Director of Data Strategy, you'll be in charge of the expansion, development, and execution of data strategy services across Publicis Sapient business in North America. Your role will emphasize initiating new opportunities, molding value propositions, and fostering organic growth in existing relationships through your substantial expertise in data, while collaborating with Publicis Sapient’s demonstrated digital transformation technology teams.

Your Impact:

• Pinpoint client opportunities via strategic relationship building with senior clients
• Originate, cultivate, and nourish data strategy opportunities from conception to execution
• Formulate market-facing data strategy propositions
• Locate, assist, and secure business development opportunities with new clients
• Identify opportunities for organic growth in existing client accounts
• Direct high profile data strategy engagements
• Develop data strategy projects into larger delivery programs
• Contribute to and implement global data strategy policies and standards
• Nourish and develop talent within the data strategy team
• Actively participate in the entrepreneurial structure of the data strategy team: support hiring process, define methods of operations, contribute thought leadership

Qualifications

Skills & Experience:

• More than 10 years of experience working in a data domain role—data engineering, data science, or data analytics
• In-depth domain expertise in at least one of the following: data engineering (data platforms, cloud environments), data science (practical machine learning & AI, data product development), or data analytics (instrumentation, reporting, optimization, testing & martech)
• Ability to articulate highly complex data subjects in an comprehensible and relatable manner for senior stakeholders
• A proven track record of delivering intricate programs of data-driven transformation with tangible impact
• Proficient at building senior relationships and delivering high-impact work for your clients
• A team player driven by the creation of business value
• Outstanding written, verbal, numerical, and presentation skills
• Consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clients
• Imaginative, inquisitive, and highly analytical
• Experience in talent development and increasing capacity
• Prior experience managing the financial performance of a team and the projects they deliver
• An appreciation for Agile methodologies and contemporary technology tools and methods
• Strong understanding of technology and engineering
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients to deliver our premier services

Additional Information

Pay Range: $250,000 - $350,000

The shown range signifies an aggregation of current pay scales used at Publicis Sapient. The actual scale for this position may differ, based on location and required specific skillset.
