Role Overview
This position is pivotal in analyzing marketing data to provide strategic guidance. As a member of our team, you will manage multiple data sources from
Cadence Web Assets, Events, Ecommerce, and
Online Support platforms. You'll translate complex datasets into clear insights that will directly influence our marketing strategies and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar visualization tools to highlight key marketing metrics and trends.
- Track and optimize marketing campaigns via Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
- Utilize Adobe Target for personalizing customer experiences through data-driven insights.
- Perform extensive data cleaning and preprocessing using Excel, ensuring data quality and usability.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet their data analysis needs and support strategic objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends to enhance our analytics capabilities.
- Ensure data integrity through regular testing and collaboration with other teams for system integration and analysis documentation.
Essential Qualifications
- Solid experience with SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel.
- Proven background in data analysis, preferably within a marketing context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert complex data into actionable insights relevant for non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving prowess, especially related to marketing and website data.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Google Analytics is desirable.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling would be advantageous.
- Educational background: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA or similar.
