Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Product Manager, you will:

• Lead cross-functional product initiatives, collaborating with teams in engineering, design, marketing, and product launch to support top AI labs in developing their training datasets.
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, from understanding customer pain points to defining product requirements, overseeing development, managing testing, and orchestrating successful product launches.
• Directly impact the company's revenue, contributing to significant financial goals.

Job Requirements

Ideally, applicants should possess:

• A technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment characterized by ambiguity.
• Practical experience with SQL and basic coding skills, preferably in Python.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

The position requires commuting to our San Francisco office twice weekly.

Compensation and Benefits

Scale AI offers competitive compensation packages including:

• A base salary range for this full-time position in San Francisco: $124,000—$148,800 USD.
• Equity and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage.
