Your New Role: Associate Regulatory Data Analyst - Call + Deposits

If you have a deep interest in data and monetary policy, and are curious about the regulation of banking organizations, this position will be your ideal career step. The Data Insights + Analytics group is in need of your expertise to manage, validate, and leverage high-quality data critical for our supervisory and monetary policy goals. As an essential member of the Call + Deposits team, your role will involve:

• Analyzing financial report data to ensure exactitude, quality, and adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
• Utilizing various tools like Excel, SQL, R, and Tableau for exploratory data analysis to detect trends and irregularities that enhance data reliability.
• Engaging with financial institutions and regulatory bodies to provide data insights and support ongoing reporting efforts.

You will have the unique opportunity to initiate and experiment with new processes which will contribute to the advancement of our banking practices.

What We Look For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least one year of relevant experience, possibly including internships, within the banking or financial reporting sectors.
• A thorough grasp of banking regulations, deposit systems, and bank credit operations.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The position is based in San Francisco with a salary range between $60,600 to $96,800, commensurate with background, experience, and market standards.
