Your Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Creating robust data pipelines utilizing GCP services like Dataflow, Dataproc, and Pub/Sub.
• Developing data ingestion and transformation processes with Apache Beam and Spark.
• Managing and optimizing GCP data storage solutions including BigQuery and Cloud SQL.
• Implementing strict data security measures and access controls with GCP tools.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting data management systems to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborating with various teams to meet data requirements and deliver effective data-driven solutions.
• Automating processes and contributing to the development of best practices in data engineering on GCP.

Desired Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate will bring:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform’s core data services.
• Proficiency in Python & SQL, with experience in distributed data processing frameworks being a plus.
• A detailed understanding of data security and access control.
• Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Familiarity with Sustainable Finance, cloud infrastructure, and regulatory compliance is desirable.
