Job Description: Our company is seeking an experienced and innovative AI and Automation Strategist to join our team. In this critical role, you will analyze, automate, and integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into our core security processes to enhance efficiency, drive business growth, and boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze Existing Processes: Conduct thorough assessments and analyses of current workflows and systems to pinpoint areas for AI and automation improvements.

Automation Strategy: Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for automating processes across CORE Security groups. Identify automation opportunities and recommend the most suitable tools and platforms.

Artificial Intelligence Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and reduce manual efforts.

Solution Development and Implementation: Work alongside IT teams, data scientists, and developers to design, build, and implement automation and AI solutions. Ensure integration with existing systems while adhering to industry standards and security guidelines.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor the performance and effectiveness of deployed AI and automation solutions. Identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and facilitate the adoption of AI and automation solutions. Share best practices and contribute to a culture of innovation and improvement.

Operational and Financial Impact: Oversee projects that enhance financial performance by increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred).

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

• Proven expertise in cybersecurity leadership, focusing on product strategy and team management.

• Experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing automation and AI solutions in a corporate environment.

• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems, especially within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Extensive knowledge of automation technologies and AI/ML integration.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with automation tools/platforms like RPA, Machine Learning, and NLP.

• Familiarity with AI techniques including machine learning algorithms, predictive analytics, and deep learning frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Skilled in vendor management and integration of complex platforms and APIs.
