About the Role: Automotive Sales Specialist

As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in guiding our customers through their vehicle purchase journey in a no-haggle sales environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Building rapport with customers to ensure their satisfaction
• Using excellent communication and listening skills to help customers select the right vehicle
• Negotiating payment terms to align with customers' lifestyles and budgets
• Driving customer loyalty by following up to ensure a top-notch experience
• Transitioning customers to the Service Department for their vehicle maintenance needs

Qualifications

To excel in this role, we require the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of dealership experience (preferred)
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
