Autonomy Program Manager, Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton

Key Role:

Join our team as an Autonomy Program Manager and lead the development of cutting-edge autonomous technologies and systems. Collaborate with a skilled team of software engineers, architects, machine learning engineers, and systems engineers to create an Autonomy Hub for the Department of Defense (DoD). In this role, you will define strategies and roadmaps for the evolution of autonomous technologies and ensure the needs and intent of government clients are met. Your efforts will enable the delivery of AI and autonomy solutions to the frontline.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager leading AI, Autonomy, DevOps, or software development teams
  • Knowledge of MLOps for Enterprise Autonomy Teams
  • Experience in managing government contracts, including stakeholder engagement, milestone planning, and deliverables completion
  • Secret clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines for autonomy
  • Experience leading Agile software development teams
  • Knowledge of data classification tools for machine learning
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks
  • Expertise in cloud architecture and deployment frameworks for AI

Security Clearance: Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is necessary.

Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis can participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Salary is based on factors including location, education, skills, and experience, ranging from $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 annually.
