Role Overview

This opportunity is perfect for professionals with solid practice in Tableau reporting, excellent organizational, and management skills. Your initial task will be to streamline the Tableau reports on our Tableau site, eliminating clutter, addressing broken actions, and improving visualizations. Subsequently, you will document dashboards in Confluence, defining the scope, primary metrics, and calculation formulas.

Key Responsibilities

• Administering and managing reports, users, roles on the Tableau site.
• Preparing dashboards and visualizations to highlight business risks and opportunities.
• Presenting results to relevant business units and making data-driven conclusions.
• Designing new game features and upgrading existing ones.
• Documenting reports comprehensively.

Monthly Tasks

Each month, you will prepare simple reports for board meetings, update workbooks, analyze differences, draw conclusions, and update presentations with new results. Strong SQL or advanced math skills are not essential from the start; proficiency in Tableau products and Excel/Google Sheets will suffice. Team members will support you at every stage with comprehensive onboarding and constant guidance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with Tableau products (creating, publishing dashboards, LOD expressions, and good visualization skills).
• Basic SQL skills for typical analytical purposes.
• Experience supporting operational units with Google Sheets or Excel.
• Familiarity with product metrics, retention, and LTV.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
• Experience with the gambling industry or Big4 is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or STEM.
• Experience in the online gambling industry, B2B businesses, and Big4.
• Proficiency with workflow management tools (Jira) and collaboration software (Confluence).
