Role and Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a skilled SQL Big Data Analyst to expand our Mobile Quality Lab team. This role focuses on extracting and analyzing extensive datasets from various Samsung mobile products to optimize performance and enhance user satisfaction.

• Retrieve and analyze substantial datasets from multiple sources like mobile devices and sensors using SQL queries.
• Design and optimize database schemas to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
• Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines for effective data integration.
• Conduct detailed analyses of usage patterns and performance metrics to drive product improvements.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and visualizations to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of the latest in SQL technologies, big data frameworks, and mobile device trends.

Skills and Qualifications

Successful candidates will possess:

• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL development and database management.
• A robust understanding of relational database concepts and big data technologies.
• Experience with ETL tools and machine learning.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Korean.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of mobile device architectures, Android OS, mobile application development, and 4G/5G networks.
