Role Overview
As a Business Analyst – Data, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities and driving efficiency. Using Agile approaches and data science methodologies, you will develop and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Define, measure, and explore current processes to identify areas for simplification, standardization, and automation using methodologies such as Six Sigma.
- Design target solutions, execution roadmaps, and gain approval among stakeholders including operations, technology, business, and product management teams.
- Implement changes to operating processes to drive operational efficiency and automation.
- Develop practices, routines, and solutions to improve productivity and process quality.
- Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities throughout end-to-end processes.
- Support business objectives to increase productivity, reduce rework, and improve process quality and conformance.
- Lead, execute, and achieve process improvement objectives on schedule.
- Provide data-driven root cause analysis and hypotheses for areas needing improvement.
Skills and Experience Required
- Excellent spatial reasoning and ability to view process and data in multiple dimensions.
- Experience in process mapping, re-engineering, and data-oriented enterprise process modeling.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, with experience in a regulated transactional environment.
- Experience in AI projects, including machine learning and LLM techniques (e.g., clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks).
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and their applications.
- Proficiency in Data Science with Python or R, Big Data Engineering, and experience with GCP, Hadoop/Spark, CDSW, and relevant data science libraries.
- Bachelor’s degree (BTech, MCA, BCA) with strong academic records.
- 8 to 15 years of overall work experience is required.
Competencies
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior business stakeholders. Experience in strategy consulting is beneficial.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team, with a passion for learning and applying new technologies.
