Scale AI is on the lookout for a skilled Business Data Analyst to enhance our Analytics team. This role is crucial for advancing AI development and transforming how we operate and measure success at Scale AI. Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Data Analyst, you will:

• Develop and optimize frameworks to solve complex analytical challenges, translating data analysis into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Establish and manage operational cadences such as Planning and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to enhance decision-making across the organization.
• Conduct analysis on competitive dynamics and customer insights to identify business improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance team to develop key business metrics, helping to understand financial performance and shape financial forecasts.
• Define relevant metrics to measure business performance both internally and externally.
• Work extensively with cross-functional stakeholders like EPD, Operations, and Finance on insights, planning, and various ad-hoc projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideally, you'd have:

• 2-6 years of experience in analytical roles such as Business Operations or Product Analytics.
• Prior experience in the tech industry, particularly within startup environments.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, with Python being a beneficial skill.
• Expertise in data visualization and the ability to present complex data in a clear manner.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• A knack for extracting significant insights from any analytical process.

The base salary range for this role in locations such as San Francisco, New York, and Seattle is between $132,000 and $158,400 USD, depending on various factors.
