Main Responsibilities

This role is critical in shaping strategic decisions for our business growth. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Leading the analysis of local market data to influence crucial commercial decisions and support business expansion.
  • Creating and presenting detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to highlight actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Using external data sources to analyze market trends in the cement industry and turning those insights into strategic actions.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and reducing potential threats within the construction materials sector.
  • Defining and implementing strategic objectives and KPIs aligned with the company's vision.
  • Championing and participating in new digital projects to optimize business processes.
  • Collaborating with sales management on budget revisions and conducting internal sales audits.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant commercial field.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively share complex data insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • A strong grasp of database management and data warehousing principles.
  • Proven experience in driving change and influencing key stakeholders.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Completion of any military obligations is required where applicable.
